G plowed his one field of corn this AM (2.5 acres)
Cloudy for rain
G has gone back up for meat, hasn't come home yet. It's rained some already; I pulled grass from beets and carrot rows (for hog pen).
Dampened clothes and popped big pan of corn to eat.
G came home; we worked on meat. I packed 11 glass jars. He cut up the head; then we cut the lard.
He went to store for cans in the evening. I filled 18 cans of sausage + sealed them.
Washed up everything, 9:30 when I got thru. he is asleep on couch.
Rainy all day.
