May K will be 90 on Tuesday
Brought Margaret home from Stanton; was there one week.
I quilted most all day. Very nice day.
Bess F is improving slowly.
January 23, 1951
Tuesday
I done different jobs and quilted lots in evening. I went with Pauline up to Elsie's to meeting, not many there.
Awful icy and bad going.
Richard, Ima Jean, Eva, Janice and Gubert went to D.C. to see the Ice Capades tonite. Bad time.
We have 6 lambs to date.

January 24, 1951
Wednesday
Cecil over and paid for cattle. I washed several pieces and quilted.
The weather very nice, not too cold but terrible soft and muddy.

I taken Mrs S clock over. Had letter from E, has a sore leg and arm.
January 25, 1951
Thursday
*given hogs a big mess of worm feed from Edinburg Mill
Was busy all day, going to stop now at 9:30. I baked 3 pies this AM, cleaned windows and cleaned up around in PM. Garlan, Kat, Margie, Marg, Pearlie came to quilt, didn't get too much done. I quilted this eve
Much, much colder this Eve
Called Dr. for Mrs. D this morning.
