June 24th
Sunday

Rev Watson will preach his first sermons at both places this AM. G went to bed. I went up to Patmos. Taken freezer along made cream in PM. Sure did enjoy it. Dick stopped by for some.
Stopped at ML's was late when I got home. Bob was here talking with G.
Went over to Old Man's for a while

June 25th
Monday

*Pigs
*HAIR

Warm...no, it's HOT! G went over to corn field early then breakfast, then to Wills to plow corn. Plowed 22 acres today.
I had big wash til 11:30.
In the PM I went up to have Mazie fix my hair, is short now.

*Sold 13 shoats today, kept 2. They weighed a total of #710. Brought me $30.50 per one hundred pound = $213.50 plus!
Had a letter from Myrtle and one from Elsie.

Tuesday
Festival at St. Matthews, awful warm!
I worked on grass, put more tomatoes out. G finished Clint's corn. Now have gone to Bob's to plow. C taking up hay at Dyke's then home.

It rained hard shower about 5, but when it cleared and we had a big crowd, which made it good.
Got home at 11pm. G already home in bed.
