*CHERRIES*
Wet as 40!
G gathered ladders and went up the Cherry tree. ML and Mom came at 8:30; we got ready + walked the path way up. M picked off the tractor, me the ladder + G the tree; got almost 12 or 14 gallons till noon.
G went up + mowed 10 acres of hay for Bob.
We seeded cherries FAST as we could + canned. Made 16pts (2 gallons) of real good cherry butter.
I had to go to store for more Sugar. We canned in all, 32 quarts cherries and 2 gallons of cherry butter.
They sure were nice this year!
