Friday

Train hit Mike G's tractor and cut it in 1/2 like you would with a knife.
July almost gone!

Hot up in 90
I done up some odd jobs, then cut and made the green check gingham Mom gave me.
G was threshing all day at Coley H's.

July 28, 1951
Saturday

6:30, G gone to thresh wil finish the pickles and put away also the BB jelly too. Must clean thru house, water flowers, cleaned whole house. Sewed some too. Killed chicken was busy all day.
Had hard rain about 9 o'clock while we were up town rained in room window, but no one hurt.

Fifth Sunday, no preaching
Pastor Watson at Mass. having their SS picnic.
No rain. was home all day. Mr.s Miller came over in evening a while. He asleep.
didn't hear anything from the little dog, guess some one else got it.
