Friday

Got up at 7, done up work. Eat breakfast then started to work on papers. Worked up till 5:30 wheeee!
I'm tired on my feet. Done up the work, then I cleaned the house good. Straightened up and mopped up. Good looking for Borden's tonite. Got thru till 8, but not quite thru yet.
Emory H was buried today; 57 years old.

Poured the rain nearly all day. Old creek got right up, is going down now.

Saturday

Rodney K is 59 today
Awful wet. SALE up at Borden's. Roy went up early. R + I went up with Ruth, was tired standing around.
Didn't buy anything. G went to mill then to river. Didn't get home till 9:30, got 3 fish.
We went up to town.
