MJ called me 2:30 on way to Arlington. said F had spell of indigestion last nite, ate too much strawberry shortcake! I went up to see how he was. He was painting, but didn't feel too hot. Feeling better this PM.
G + C worked at hay all afternoon + nite. 8:30pm and not thru yet.

Memorial Day
Myrtle is home now, is improving some slow.
Sun bright not so cool. Guess it will warm up now.
Washing.
G is working on wagon. Bob came C came, then C and Guy left to bale hay over at C's.
Most to damp, didn't get but 2 loads baled.
G fixed 2 tires then worked some on car.
I pulled grass from 2 rows of taters.
L's potato raised beds; Prepare bed by adding rich compost and chicken manure. Make deep trenches to plant seed potatoes (blues, reds, yellow fins, etc). As the plants grow taller, pull in the raised rows of soil around the plant. Continue to do this to allow potatoes to produce fully. You will have pounds and pounds of potatoes through late Spring and Summer.
Good time.
Florence and Terry went to Detroit.
Nice day!
Commencement exercises at TB tonite. Ralph S graduates.
