Another fine day! Wonderful...who will come today?
Men will work at hay. Taken up G hay before dinner; eat then went up to C's field. Baler did not work good, so didn't get much done. In the evening, he taken it up to Crocketts to fix it. Bob was here about the hay.

95 today, I'm telling ya, was it hot!
I hoed a while in AM. G couldn't plow corn for he didn't know when C would get to hay.
C didn't get a baler till dark. Baled his hay after dark. G went up to help Bob with cultivator + to rake up his hay.
Got my every day shoes at Bowman's $5.25
