Saturday
Another fine day. G hauled up water, we done up work. Tippy is out side playing, pie is asleep. G + I changed all the furniture around in here and cleared everywhere good.
G worked on a light in back of H truck for him.
November 11, 1951
Sunday
Edith F died 15 past 10 on Sunday nite at Cumberland. 3 week after Earl. G + I + Tippy went up to Patmos. G + H went to see about Turkeys. F + I went to church.. MJ + Tippy staid home got dinner. After dinner Earl B, F, H + G went to Mts to see about deer. M wawshed her hair, I put it up. We came back to ML's a minute. Taken old man's clothes over and called it a day.
November 12, 1951
Monday
Bright + nice out. Lula been sick all week. Garlan going to H for operation this week.
Getting some mail all ready to go out. G gone to Stra.
I baked 4 fruit cakes in PM.
Oscar S, Sheriff, died suddenly tonite.
November 13, 1951
Tuesday
Cloudy all day. I messed around, patched his plaid shirt, watered flowers, got mail ready to go as no mail yesterday. Got letter from STS and lots of papers. Guy getting junk iron together to sell.
Pie asleep on Buffet Tippy on chair, G's on the couch.
