Ruth nursing at hospital

Election day Wheeee!
Very cloudy all day + cold in evening; it began to rain some. G was gone most all day to have car tested. I ironed a big wash and sent 2 letters one to E = MJ got a letter from Annie K. Wrote her one tonite G has rheumatism in his shoulder.
Tippy is asleep.

*Had green beans for supper, they were fine.

Wednesday

Pigs 6 weeks old
Some sun, some cloudiness, not too cold but seems to be getting colder this evening.
I dressed the 2 beds up for winter, straightened up, watered flowers, patched some.
Guy got us a rabbit.
Card from E, weather cold out there. Election over 3 Republican + 2 Democrat got in, guess they are satisfied now.

Luther's B-day 35 today
Some sun, some cloudiness. I darned E's sweater and fixed it good. Taken ashes out + cleaned up was over to Ruth's a little. Not much mail.

Our coldest morning G gone to haul logs for Mr. D. Mom going up to ML's been here since Sept 7 o'clock. Tippy + G asleep. Pie and Poogie washing their faces. This is the fist eve we have been home alone for several months...kinda lonesome. C+R are going to DC tonite. Mommie keeping home + boys. I cleaned upstairs and carried violets up.

G bought four sacks of feed.
